Duties
• Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of warehouse shelves for optimal accessibility and safety.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to shipping & receiving logs, order fulfillment records, and inventory updates via ERP system.
• Support shipping logistics by preparing packaging materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations related to international trade.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping portals
