Your Weekend Schedule

Saturday: Flexible shift availability
Sunday: Flexible shift availability

Available shift lengths may include:

• 4-hour shifts
• 6-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Open availability on both Saturday and Sunday is strongly preferred. Caregivers may be offered assignments based on client needs, location, experience, and availability.

Dependable attendance and a willingness to accommodate different shift lengths are important to ensure clients receive consistent, quality care.

What You'll Be Doing

Our caregivers provide personalized assistance based on each client's individual needs and care plan.

Personal Care and Daily Living

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance.
• Support clients with dressing and other daily routines.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers within the caregiver's training.
• Provide reminders and encouragement to promote independence.

Companionship and Daily Activities

• Offer meaningful companionship and conversation.
• Encourage appropriate activities and engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation and mealtime routines.
• Provide reminders and supportive guidance throughout the shift.
• Help clients maintain familiar routines and remain comfortable at home.

Household Support and Safety

• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with laundry and maintaining a tidy living environment as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Follow established care instructions and safety procedures.

Duties will vary depending on the client's individual care needs and the assigned shift.

• Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience preferred.
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach to clients.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• The ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations throughout Dallas.
• A commitment to punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexibility to accept 4-, 6-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
• The ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the care team.
