This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including crafting strategies for product availability, as well as spearheading sales and marketing efforts before the products hit the market. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a knack for meeting tight deadlines, and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities:- Lead coordination, project management, communication, and marketing strategies for the product line.- Ensure products are presented accurately, with detailed specifications, competitive analysis, and all necessary documentation to facilitate sales.- Launch profitable products and solutions that respond to market demands, surpass ROI goals, and are launched promptly.- Craft comprehensive business plans that leverage the company's strengths, consider market entry timing, product costs, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.- Balance development priorities to achieve both immediate and long-term revenue goals.- Manage investment allocation across sustaining engineering, new development, and strategic projects.- Confirm that business plans are detailed and accurately reflect the product management objectives.- Handle all routine business operations related to product management. Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or product line management- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.- Proven experience in resource management, market forecast, demand analysis, and overcoming sales challenges.- Skilled in presenting and interpreting technical drawings and IPC analyses.- Solid understanding of product line management principles and best practices.- Proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse, international, and interdisciplinary teams.- Previous experience in managing aviation products through their entire lifecycle is desirable.- Familiarity with Quantum software and PowerBi This role promises an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading team in the aviation industry, driving product success from conception to market launch.
