About the Role:
Assisting Hands of Burlington is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team in Mount Laurel, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support.

- Weekends and / or weekdays
- Mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights
- Part time or Full time
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Valid NJ CHHA License (Certified Home Health Aide) — required
- Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Mount Laurel, NJ area
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
