What You Will Do
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, walks, and outings
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Prepare meals and help keep the home clean and organized
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments
- Document each visit accurately and on time
Your First 30 Days With Us
- A clear orientation covering our standards, care plans, and how home care works
- An introduction to your client before or during your first visit, so you never walk in cold
- Regular check-ins from our office to answer questions and make sure the match is working
- A schedule you can plan your life around
Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification or PCA
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Consistent weekly availability (this role is not PRN)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions promptly
