BUSINESS UNIT: OPERATIONSPOSITION: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE BASIC FUNCTION:We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for the daily fulfillment of customer orders in a manner that positively reflects upon our organization while maintaining the company core values. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Pulls stock from shelving location to fill individual client orders• Ability to identify product, warehouse location and unit of measure for all inventory items• Capacity to verify accuracy of orders picked by others• Verifies product accuracy at packing and labels product pack location• Packages orders to avoid product damage and minimize shipping costs• Restocking of packaging supplies and maintaining cleanliness of packing station• Manifest of orders to carrier• Physical loading of product on carrier trailer• Manage receiving of incoming inventory product and put-away in correct physical location• Manage receiving and put-away of warehouse supplies• Use of fork lift, stock picker or pallet jack to maintain daily warehouse functions• Ensures shelf locations and aisles are cleaned of trash and empty boxes• Breakdown and disposal of warehouse trash including cardboard and pallets• Ensures safety of facility at all times in use of tools and machinery, cleanliness of facility and reporting of hazards QUALIFICATIONS:• A great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, climb and reach• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to identify errors and solve problems• Takes pride in a safe, clean and organized work environment Position Rate: $12.00 per hour Click here for the APPLICATION.Apply Now
