About This Role

CHPC is looking for a skilled Computer Technician to join our growing team. You'll be the frontline expert providing on-site and remote technical support to our clients across Western New York.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and server hardware
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone support requests
• Document support activities and solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in IT support or repair
• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
