Corporate Executive & Back Office Services, LLC is a service provider for mostly European small to medium-sized companies who need assistance in a ‘soft landing’ in the Tampa Bay market. We start where the work of economic developers stops and work with our clients until their new companies are large enough to sustain their own infrastructure. Our cornerstone is the experience of our principals in either advising corporate newcomers or sharing their experiences. Based on our personal experience with the differences in the legal, cultural, and business customs, we have the answers to the questions our clients do not know to ask. Once the decision for a step across the Atlantic has been made, Florida presents many ideal opportunities. We accompany our clients from the planning phase through the implementation of their plans and assist with initial staffing needs. Our multi-lingual team is familiar with the U.S. market and can assist in areas in which economic developers and professionals usually do not. Our location is in the up-and-coming region of Tampa Bay. We offer registered agent and initial business address services and accompany our clients through the formation of their own corporate presence, the selection of professional advisers, the setup of their bookkeeping, as well as interim management and CFO services. Our network of professionals includes German-speaking attorneys, CPAs, and IT professionals who are competent in the subject matter and active on both continents. We are also happy to cooperate with any professionals of our clients’ choosing. For economic development organizations, we offer cultural training and are currently working on planning highly targeted exploratory missions to Germany. We also offer a review of a prospect's plans for vetting purposes and serve as a resource to help your newly settled companies succeed, grow, and stay in their chosen location market.
