Construction Project Manager — Data Centers & Mission-Critical Facilities

Midland-Odessa Area (On-site)

As a Senior Project Manager at Critical Facility Group, you'll act as the Owner's Project Manager on data center and mission-critical facility projects, with primary responsibility across every phase — planning, design, construction, and into operations. You'll manage the overall budget and schedule, lead proposal review and analysis, and be the person the client and project team rely on for a straight answer.

This is an on-site role based in the Midland-Odessa area, working directly alongside the architect, contractor, data center operations team, and the rest of the project group.

The Opportunity

This role fits someone who already has real data center construction project management experience and is ready to run projects, not just support them. You'll be involved from strategic planning through commissioning and into operations, with real authority over budget, schedule, and vendor/contractor coordination.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project strategic plans across multiple projects
• Act as Owner's Project Manager, holding primary responsibility across all project phases
• Manage overall planning, design, and construction processes, orchestrating all related activities
• Collaborate with the architect, contractor, data center operations, and project team to meet project objectives
• Contribute to business processes related to design and construction contracts
• Manage the overall project budget and schedule; report regularly to the project team and client
• Lead proposal review, leveling, and analysis, and present findings to the client

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field
• 5+ years of construction project management experience on data center projects
• Firm understanding of all project phases — from architectural/engineering drawings and specifications through construction, commissioning, and into data center operations
• Proficiency in ACC, Procore, or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent oral, written, and business presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of management and staff, including client business units
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of building team relationships across organizational lines
