Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient distribution processes and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely handling of goods.

Following activities will be handled by the Warehouse Associates:

• Books Receiving – Receiving and verifying incoming books.
• Inventory Creation – Creating and logging inventory in the system.
• Sorting of Books – Segregating books based on scanner type (Ricoh or IBML).

Cutting Process:

• Ricoh books – Ricoh Cutting
• IBML books – IBML Cutting

Station Allocation:

• Moving Ricoh books to the Ricoh Scanning Station
• Moving IBML books to the IBML Scanning Station

Post-Scanning Handling:

• Collecting scanned books from stations
• Placing books back into their respective boxes
• Keeping boxes at the designated storage locations

Shift Timings: 2pm to 10pm EST

Weekly schedule: Monday- Friday

Pay: $17.00 per hour
