East Bay Window Cleaning & General Building Maintenance, LLC is dedicated to providing unparalleled cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across the Bay Area. We are OSHA certified and part of BOMA Oakland-East Bay. Our expertise in high-rise window cleaning, floor care, pressure washing, janitorial and construction clean-up ensures exceptional results every time. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we take pride in delivering cleaning solutions that exceed expectations. East Bay Window Cleaning was formed in April of 2008 after Eliseo Aguilar (CEO) was a long-time union window cleaner. He decided to open his own company to give the customers better quality. In 2014 Lupe Olivera (second owner) joined the team to expand services other than just window cleaning. The company was given the opportunity to grow and add on services such as construction clean-up, floor care, janitorial, etc. After serving our customers for 16 years EBWC is now renamed to East Bay Window Cleaning & General Building Maintenance, LLC.
