REPORTS TO: Director of Operations. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations in a climate-controlled 15,000 sq ft facility: inventory management, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and storage. Ensures accuracy and timely completion of warehouse and 3PL functions; may travel to audit 3PLs. Requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking. RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Operations Management, Inventory Management, Receiving and Storage, Order Fulfillment & Shipping, Team leadership/continuous improvement. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma or equivalent; 5+ years warehouse/ops leadership managing 515 staff; 3+ years WMS (NetSuite preferred); experience with FEFO and products with expiration dates; Office365 proficiency; detail-oriented, organized, goal-oriented.
