JOB DESCRIPTION: Proactive, people-centered HR Generalist for a fast-moving environment. Strategic and hands-on across policy implementation, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, training; may assist with office management and accounting. AREAS: HR compliance, audits, employee relations, confidentiality, benefits & 401k administration, LOA/ADA, records, performance management, recruiting support; Office Management (provisions, equipment, access, supplies); Accounting support (AP, receipts, reconciliations); misc. admin support. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong HR laws/compliance knowledge; self-starter; excellent communication; multitasker; highly organized; confidentiality; Bachelors in HR/Business or related; 3+ years HR generalist; SHRM/PHR preferred; HRIS proficiency; MS Office; accounting experience a plus.
