JOB DESCRIPTION: Reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a climate-controlled warehouse. Report to Warehouse Supervisor; receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products; maintain accurate inventory and a clean, safe environment; meet accuracy and timeliness standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Pick/pack/label orders; verify incoming product (qty, lots, expirations, condition); FEFO rotation; cycle counts/reconciliation; document movements in WMS; inspect orders; load/unload/sort/organize; assist with returns/replacements/claims; maintain safety and cGMP; report damages/discrepancies/safety concerns; meet productivity/accuracy/attendance standards; support other activities. QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma/GED preferred; prior warehouse/shipping/receiving/fulfillment/inventory/forklift preferred; WMS/scanner experience (NetSuite preferred); read/follow instructions; basic computer/data/math; detail-oriented; dependable; team player; organized; willing to learn; experience with lot/exp dates a plus; physically able to stand/walk/bend and lift to 50 lbs; flexible hours; interest in fitness/health a plus.
