JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand activations, athlete initiatives, trade shows, competitions, and community events from planning through execution and post-event reporting. Manage schedules, vendors, promos, travel, inventory, and communications; ensure brand standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate logistics for expos/competitions/launches; maintain calendars/timelines/budgets; manage venues/vendors/travel/shipping/signage/product/promos; primary contact for athletes/ambassadors/vendors; support omnichannel campaigns; create briefs/schedules/checklists; staff coordination; manage event inventory; on-site setup/execution/breakdown; capture content with creative/social; track expenses; measure KPIs; post-event reports; research partnerships; maintain brand presentation; other duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors preferred; 2+ years in marketing/events/brand activation; strong PM/organization/time mgmt; vendor/travel/budget experience; excellent communication; MS Office/365; Monday.com/Smartsheet preferred; social/email/influencer/content support a plus; fitness/CPG/ecom preferred; evenings/weekends & travel; passport; stand/lift up to 50 lbs; genuine interest in fitness/health.
