RBTs work closely with engaged BCBAs who actively mentor—not from a distance—while gaining hands‑on experience, paid admin time, and opportunities for clinical growth. We welcome experienced RBTs and individuals with prior experience working with children (daycare, schools, childcare, respite) who are new to ABA. Multiple openings are available, with both part‑time and full‑time positions currently open. Pay: Direct Services: $20–$25/hr. Travel, Admin & Training: $17.75–$24/hr.
