Gousse Urology is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and professional Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing urology practice in West Palm Beach, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career Physician Assistant interested in developing expertise in urology while working alongside an experienced urologic surgeon in a dynamic private-practice environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Physician Assistant will participate in the evaluation and management of patients with a broad range of urologic conditions, including:

• General urology

• Male and female urinary disorders

• Overactive bladder and urinary incontinence

• BPH and voiding dysfunction

• Erectile dysfunction and men’s health

• Reconstructive urology

• Neuro-urology

• Preoperative and postoperative patient care

Responsibilities will include obtaining histories and performing physical examinations, developing treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician, reviewing laboratory and imaging results, prescribing medications as appropriate, providing patient education, performing selected office-based procedures after appropriate training, and assisting with coordination of surgical care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and be eligible for or hold Florida PA licensure.
