Part-Time Caregivers – Weekend, PRN & Daytime Shifts

Location: Lawrenceville, GA and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time / PRN's
Schedule: Weekend shifts, daytime shifts, and PRN (as-needed) shifts
Start Date: Immediate
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregivers for weekend, PRN, and part-time daytime shifts in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and surrounding areas.

We are seeking caregivers who are committed to providing quality, client-centered care and assisting individuals with activities of daily living in the comfort of their homes.

Available opportunities include:

  • Weekend Shifts: Part-time caregivers available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
  • PRN Shifts – All Areas: As-needed caregivers who can accept assignments based on client needs and scheduling availability throughout our service areas.
  • Part-Time Daytime Shifts: Caregivers available for daytime assignments with flexible part-time scheduling.
Candidates must have at least three years of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to start immediately. HHA, PCA, and CNA applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance according to each client's individual needs and care plan.
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation when appropriate.
  • Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
  • Provide medication reminders in accordance with care instructions and applicable regulations.
  • Observe clients' well-being and report significant changes or concerns.
  • Follow established care plans, infection-control procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes, client needs, and care-related updates.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Availability for weekend, daytime, or PRN assignments, depending on the position.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Dependable, punctual, patient, and compassionate.
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions.
  • Willingness to complete applicable employer screening and documentation requirements.
Accepted Certifications

We welcome applicants with any of the following credentials:

  • HHA – Home Health Aide
  • PCA – Personal Care Aide
  • CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
PCA or CNA certification is a plus. Applicants with HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
