Eric began his career as the Data Conversion Technical Lead for Ohio’s transition from the legacy COBOL IDMS CRIS-E system to Accenture’s EBMS platform—modernizing the state’s Integrated Eligibility System as part of the Ohio Benefits initiative. He was mentored by two long-serving leaders in human services technology, which shaped his deep expertise at the intersection of legacy system transformation and policy compliance.
