Machinist Career College (MCC) was born from transformation. In 2025, following the sunsetting of the renowned NTMA Training Centers, 4th Watch Educational Services stepped in—not to preserve the past, but to build a bold new future. Guided by deep faith, relentless purpose, and a vision of equity through opportunity, MCC emerged as the premier machinist apprenticeship program in Southern California, dedicated to rebuilding the technical workforce from the ground up. At MCC, we offer more than training—we offer transformation. Our Department of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)–approved programs deliver rigorous, industry-aligned instruction in precision machining, CNC operation, and advanced manufacturing techniques. But we don’t stop at skills. We believe that students succeed when they are seen, supported, and surrounded by a community that refuses to let them fail. That’s why our model includes: 360° Student Support Services From trauma-informed coaching and academic tutoring to career counseling and life navigation, we walk with our students every step of the way. Employer-Aligned Education Our programs are designed in lockstep with industry leaders to ensure graduates are not only certified—but hire-ready. Lifelong Job Placement Because for us, success isn’t just graduation—it’s sustainable employment and economic mobility. Social Enterprise Mission As a certified social enterprise, every dollar we raise and every program we expand is designed to empower individuals and strengthen communities. Our students come from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties—many from under-resourced neighborhoods, re-entry pathways, foster care, and opportunity youth pipelines. We’re proud to be a place where hands meet hope, and talent meets training. Whether you’re a student, a partner, or a supporter—you’re part of a movement. Because at Machinist Career College, we’re not just building careers. We’re building legacies.
