Our opening crew starts at 4 AM and helps get the restaurant ready for a successful day. From preparing breakfast favorites to welcoming our first customers, you’ll play an important role in keeping our busy restaurants running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are 18 years or older, dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to start work between 4 AM- 5 AM. Our team counts on our openers to arrive on time and be ready to go, so reliability is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help prepare the restaurant for the day.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Take accurate food orders.
• Prepare McDonald’s world-famous food.
• Partner with crew members and managers to meet shift goals.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
• Make sure supplies and workstations are well-stocked.
