Overview: We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to drive monthly membership growth. This role is critical to increasing recurring revenue by converting single-wash customers into long-term members and keeping them engaged. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers at the point of sale and explain wash options Promote and sell monthly wash memberships Encourage customer retention and reduce cancellations Answer questions and provide a high level of customer service Assist with daily site operations as needed What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable initiating conversations with customers Sales experience preferred (not required if personality fits) Goal-driven mindset with ability to hit targets Reliable and able to work outdoors Compensation: Hourly pay (based on experience) Additional incentives based on performance
