Build a Career in Real Estate — Without the Cold Sales
Join Real Property Management Seacoast, a locally owned team that's redefining what property management looks like on the NH Seacoast. We're looking for a Property Manager who leads with relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
If you've managed a team in hospitality, retail, or any high-energy customer-facing industry — you already have more of this skill set than you think.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Performance bonus potential
- Fully paid health insurance
- NH Real Estate license sponsorship — we'll help fund your licensing if you're not already licensed
What You'll Do
Lead a Team — You'll oversee a small team that may include a leasing agent, maintenance coordinator, and maintenance technician. Your job is to keep the work moving and the team performing at its best.
Be a Trusted Advisor — You'll be the main point of contact for property owners, guiding them on rent pricing, maintenance decisions, and overall property performance. We're in the relationship business, not just the tenants-and-toilets business.
Own the Numbers — You'll track key performance indicators including occupancy, rent delinquency, maintenance response, and budget variance. If something's off, you'll know it and fix it.
Roll Up Your Sleeves — When the team needs backup, you step in. That might mean conducting a showing, processing an application, or coordinating a repair. No task is beneath you.
You'll Thrive Here If You...
- Have experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Are a natural communicator — in writing, on the phone, and face to face
- Take detailed notes and follow a process consistently
- Stay calm and reprioritize when things shift (and they will)
- Take satisfaction in seeing a project through to completion
- Are comfortable with technology and property management software
Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, supervisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with basic computer software
- NH Real Estate license required — or the commitment to get one (we'll help)
Why RPM Seacoast We're locally owned and operated, which means you're not a number — you're part of the team. We lead with a culture of respect, collaboration, and mutual accountability. Every person here matters, and we treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
