Our firm is currently seeking to add to our staff a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer. Candidates shall have the ability to work and interact with clients; local planning boards and municipal engineers; effectively manage project budgets and schedules; and supervise design staff. We are interested in an individual’s work ethic, initiative and personality. Responsibilities: Design of Commercial and Residential land development/subdivision and construction documents. Managing multiple projects, client relationships and project teams/design staff. Develop project scope and budget and track actual performance. Develop strategic plans and project design budgets and track actual performance against plans. Provide independent technical and quality control reviews to assure delivery of quality products. Serve as technical advisor to team members. Set team performance standards and monitor implementation against project goals, budgets and deadlines.
