Primary Responsibilities:
- Internal claims flow management and estimating services for commercial and residential restoration projects - Water/Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Bio-Hazard Cleanup, Contents Pack-Outs & Cleaning, and Construction
- Review, analyze and validate field documentation, including scope, sketch, photos, and 3D scan
- Create estimates in Xactimate, Symbility and write SumoQuote proposals
- Complete Time & Materials software data entry
- Daily collaboration with project coordinators and field personnel
- Utilize various project documentation tools, software, and technology (i.e. XactAnalysis, MICA, Matterport/DocuSketch, etc.)
- Maintain internal and external communication with stakeholders
- Ensure client and insurance program estimating requirements are followed
- Prepare final estimate package for the upload and/or billing process
- Complete TPA program job uploads and audits
- Assist with other departments as needed or assigned
Position Requirements:
- 2+ year(s) of administrative or clerical experience
- 2+ year(s) in the restoration industry environment
- 1+ year(s) of Xactimate and/or Symbility experience
- IICRC Certifications a plus
- Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, project scoping, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management/ability to work on one’s own
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum of HSD/GED required
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours/Benefits:
- Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week, flexibility to work overtime when required
- Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
