Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Carpet cleaning
· Prepare floors to clean, buff, or refinish them
· Perform buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean
· Operate floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums
· Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
· Notify building management of any repairs required
· Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
· Multi surface/Window cleaning
· Multi surface/Window cleaning
Qualifications:
- Effective oral communication
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Successfully pass a pre-employment dug screening
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
