- Job Type: Full-time (In-Person)
- Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures according to blueprints or layouts.
- Operate a variety of tools safely, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, which may include framing, drywall, doors, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site while strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, crew members, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3+ years of professional carpentry or construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency with standard woodworking and construction power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and work orders.
- Physical stamina to handle the heavy demands of the job, including lifting up to 75–100 lbs. and working in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to local jobsites.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.
