Responsibilities/skills/requirements:- Experience or ability to be trained in delivering high quality programming to kids (6+ years old) following a provided curriculum- High energy and positive attitude is a must- Available on weekday evenings- First Aid/CPR Certification is required. (If you don’t yet have that, we would need you to get certified.)- Must have strong communication skills when in front of people- Must be safety conscious- Detail oriented, passionate and a drive to always Strive for Better Other- Part-time- Must be 14+ years old- Pay $15-$18 per hour- 401(k) opportunity, once employment thresholds are met- Staff can attend adult classes for free and additional ninja fitness training opportunities will exist!- Staff can earn pay bonuses based on outstanding performance and outstanding delivery of experiences
