The candidate may be required to relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the US. POSITION: PERMANENT, FULL TIME, 40 HRS/WK. 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define, develop, and implement software testing strategies, frameworks, quality standards and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements; Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to define quality objectives, review requirements, and establish acceptance criteria; Coordinate and oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking to ensure software products meet functional, performance, and security requirements; Monitor post release performance of software applications, gather feedback, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality and user experience; Utilize test automation tools and performance monitoring solutions to streamline testing processes and enhance defect detection capabilities; Analyze test results and production metrics to identify root causes of defects, risks, or bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for process, system, or code improvements; Lead project quality review meetings, communicate testing progress, and escalate quality issues to project sponsors and management. REQUIREMENTS: Must have Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or closely related fields and 1 year of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer. Experience must include defining testing strategies, participating in software development lifecycle, providing recommendations for improvement, and monitoring post-release performances.
