Minimum qualifications: Valid Arizona Guard Card; reliable transportation; strong written communication skills; ability to use digital reporting systems; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to remain calm under pressure. Training and performance expectations: submit two reports per hour with proper time spacing; complete all QR scans per hour; submit arrival-on-site report with property photo; document all police, fire, and EMS activity; maintain clean uniform standards; follow structured post orders precisely. Performance is monitored and measured.
